Embroidery Info & Additional Pricing

When it comes to embroidery, all of our work includes a Lifetime Quality Guarantee at JUST MY STYLEZ. With our no minimum policy, you should consider several factors such as the type of items being embroidered, the complexity of the design, the number of stitches, and any additional services that we offer.

 

 Payment: 50% deposit required upon order placement; balance due on delivery.  

 Turnaround Time: Standard: 10-12 business days depending on how large the order is. 

 If any order is less than 12 pieces, then order turnaround could be sooner than standard

 time. Rush orders available upon request.  

 Shipping: Calculated based on order size and destination; Dropship is - $7 per location.

 Rush Charges: 2-4 Day Rush- $50 | 5-7 Day Rush- $35 | 7-10 Day Rush- $25

 Virtual Mockups: $12 per mockup

 

 

***Digitization:  $35 - $75 per design (based on complexity) ***

 If this is our first time embroidering your logo, we may need to digitize it first so that our machines can embroider it. This is a one-time setup fee per design. Once we have digitized your logo, we keep it on file for you forever. We can shrink it, enlarge it, change the text and/or colors for you at any time without losing quality, and at no additional charge.

 

 ***PROVIDING YOUR OWN DST or EPS:

If you choose to provide your own DST or EPS, we will verify the DST/EPS quality and output for our machines for a $20 fee. If you choose to waive this service, we will run the DST/EPS as is and have a waiver that we’re not responsible for any quality issues resulting in your provided DST or EPS file.

    - Basic/Small Name or Number (a monogram)

    ; one line of embroidery less than 2" tall (1,000 - 7,499 stitches):  $25 - $40

 

   - Medium Design; 2" tall or more (7,500 - 15,000 stitches):  $40 - $85

 

   - Complex Design; up to 6" x 6" (15,001 - 21,000 stitches):  $85 - $150

 

   - Very Complex Design; larger than 6" x 6" (max size is 14" x 14") (21,001+ stitches):

   $150 - $225

 

 INCOMING MERCHANDISE

 Incoming goods are expected to have a handling fee of $12 per item (up to 3). All products must be at JUST MY STYLEZ at least 24 hours before production begins.

Ÿ  Bulk discounts for teams and group orders where the items will have a similar setup, but will be personalized for each member of the group (i.e. different names and numbers)

   - 10-19 items: 5% discount

   - 20-49 items:10% discount

   - 50-99 items: 15% discount

   - 100+ items: 25% discount

 

Ÿ  Corporate discount for bulk orders where all items are exactly the same, like uniforms or shirts with all exactly the same logo (garments can be different sizes)

 - 20-49 items: 25% discount

 - 50-99 items: 30% discount

 - 100+ items: 35% discount

   - Rush Order Fee (2-4 Days turnaround): + 27%

   - Specialty Threads (metallic, glow-in-the-dark, etc.): + $2 - $5 per item

BRAND BUILDING SERVICES/FINISHING

 

     Remove existing clothing tags: $75 per set of 100 items

     Print your logo inside neck: $200 per set of 100 shirts

     Produce your clothing tags: $350 per set of 100 woven labels

     Sew in your clothing tags: $225 per set of 100 items

     Individual poly bagging: $125 per set of 100 items

     Barcode/Label - $.25 per item (Barcode/Label must be provided)

 

With our user-friendly interface, uploading your own design is a breeze. Simply follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Upload Design" button below.

2. Select the file containing your design from your computer or device.

3. Ensure that your design meets our specifications:

File format: JPEG, PNG, or SVG

Resolution: 300 DPI (dots per inch) for optimal print quality

Size: Maximum file size of 10MB

4. Review your design in the preview window to ensure it appears as desired.

5. Once you are satisfied with your design, click the "Upload" button to submit it.

After you have uploaded your design, our team of experts will review it to ensure it meets our quality stand.
