Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with JUST MY STYLEZ! We want to make sure your package arrives quickly and safely. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

* All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

* You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order has been handed over to the post office.

We offer flat-rate shipping options to keep things simple for you:

* Standard Local Shipping: Flat rate of $5.50 for single t-shirt/polo, DTF print, and bag orders.

* Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $38 (automatically applied when you buy more shirts, bags, prints, etc.)

* We ship all packages via USPS Ground Advantage.

* Because we ship locally, packages typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days once dropped off at the post office.

* Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to USPS carrier issues or severe weather, which are outside of our control.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at jmsstylez@gmail.com. We can modify the address only if the package has not yet been processed and shipped.

## Lost or Stolen Packages

JUST MY STYLEZ is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they are marked as "Delivered" by USPS. If your tracking information states your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office directly to file a claim.
