Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
-Goods are in as-new condition.
-Goods were purchased in the last 24 hours
-Goods are in the original packaging and unworn/unused
The following Goods cannot be returned:
-If Goods made to Your specifications or personalized.
-If Goods are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate or the date of expiry is over.
-If Goods are damaged.
-We are unable to exchange Goods without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
Contact us if you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we'll be happy to provide you a FREE pre-paid return label for any order shipped within the United States. Return your order to us within 48 hours of when order was shipped, and we'll process an exchange.
Customers from outside of United States are not eligible for returns.
Returns are only accepted of products purchased from jmsdesignz.com. We do not accept returns from 3rd party distributors.
After 24 hours, if product(s) have not been used or damaged, we will be able to offer in-store credit or refund. Customers will be responsible for the cost and risk for returns made past 48 hours. There will be a 10% restock fee of what you paid for the product or goods if you have original packaging on hand. If you are not in possession of the original packaging, there is a 20% restock fee. Exchanges will be issued within 48 hours of the completion of JUST MY STYLEZ's return and exchange process. This process may take up to 1 -2 weeks to complete. Please follow above instructions to return and exchange products or goods.
